Dino-mite Dinosaur Presentations

This morning, we had a lively dinosaur presentation in the Kindergarten classroom. Parents came and saw the results of our amazing Dinosaur Unit, with activities from several of our specialist classes.

In technology class, students voice recorded themselves reading their dinosaur report. Then they created a Voki. Here are some examples:

After the Voki presentation, students shared their artwork.

100 Days Smarter!

We are all officially 100 days smarter! It’s hard to believe we have had 100 days of school already! So much has been accomplished during these past 100 days. From building a caring classroom community, to learning how to read, write, and count to 100, these kids have risen to the occasion and accomplished it all! Today we took advantage of 100 days of learning to have some fun.

Students were encouraged to come to school dressed up like they might look when they are 100 years old. The results were hilarious!
